the room was a classic urban room it included a minibar i used it for drinks there were many tv channels available i watched the news. the hotel bar had a good selection of drinks i enjoyed a local beer there. the breakfast buffet had many choices i found fresh fruit and pastries. the staff was always available at reception i had no issues at all.

the front desk provided quick assistance with directions the staff offered helpful information about local attractions the service was very attentive overall. the hotel also provided luggage storage at no extra cost.

breakfast offered gluten-free options upon request a large selection of fresh pastries was available. the coffee machine offered several specialty coffees it was easy to get a quick caffeine fix. the bar served light snacks in the evening.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. i found it sagged significantly in the middle. also, the lack of fresh juice at breakfast was a disappointment. Only juice from a machine was available. the bathroom looked worn, especially for a beautiful room and i did not expect that.

efficient checkgood atmosphere

check in was efficient. i found the staff very friendly and helpful when i needed a taxi to the airport. the bar had reasonable prices and a good atmosphere. it was well placed for a quick drink.

the hotel sits right in the city center and is very close to many shops like primark, new yorker. accessing main tourist areas only takes a few minutes. the area near the train station is easily reached on foot.
